At The Keystone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
